Real-estate rental marketplace with property listings and search

Allugare is a rental marketplace connecting property owners with renters. Owners post listings — each with a photo gallery, location down to the neighborhood, and a full cost breakdown (rent, condo fee, IPTU, utilities) — and renters search and filter to find the right place. Owners can also broadcast messages to interested renters, keeping both sides of a rental in one platform. Built with Django and PostgreSQL.
