Each business rolls up its locations — operational, under construction, or planned — into headline metrics: ROI, monthly revenue, take-home, margin, and a payback period tracked against target. A portfolio-level health pulse flags any business slipping into watch or alert status, threshold alerts fire when configured metrics cross set bounds, and a compare view ranks every business head-to-head on whichever metric matters most. An AI insights feed surfaces predictions — payback on or off schedule — and opportunities like revenue jumps or ROI leaders, without the owner asking. Built with Django REST Framework and React with TypeScript.
